Because every item is made to order, we cannot replace or refund an item when the wrong size, garment style, or color is selected.

Production and US Delivery

Every item is made to order and fulfilled in the United States.

Production time: 1–2 business days
Standard US shipping: 2–5 business days
Estimated total delivery: 3–7 business days

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed late on Friday or during the weekend may begin processing on the following business day. Production and delivery may take longer during holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please order early when purchasing for a birthday, holiday, school event, vacation, or other time-sensitive occasion.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow the carrier a short period of time to scan and update the tracking status.

Made-to-Order Notice

This product is created specifically for you after your order is placed. For this reason:

Orders cannot normally be canceled after production begins.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, style selection, or change of mind.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Slight differences in print placement, garment color, and screen display may occur.
Garment-dyed products may have natural shade variations.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Care Instructions

To help protect the garment and printed design:

Wash inside out with similar colors
Use mild detergent
Do not use bleach
Do not dry clean
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
Do not iron directly over the printed design
